Regarding restructuring of the credits granted to Įmonių grupė “ALITA”, AB

“ALITA”, AB (a public limited liability company established and functioning
under laws of the Republic of Lithuania, legal entity code 302444238, address
of the registered office at Miškininkų g. 17, Alytus, the Republic of Lithuania
(hereinafter, the Company, data about the Company are collected and kept in the
Register of Legal Entities) hereby informs that the agreement between the
Company and Swedbank, AB  made on 5 October 2011 regarding amendments and
supplements of the credit line agreement No. 06-046799-KL, dated 29 June 2006
(with later amendments), came into effect on 6 October 2011. In the
above-mentioned agreement the parties agreed that the outstanding amount of the
credits granted to the Company was reduced to EUR 13,646,681.07 and the credits
will have to be repaid to Swedbank, AB until April month of 2016 in accordance
with the established schedule.
