KESKO CORPORATION STOCK EXCHANGE RELEASE 27.07.2010 AT 12.15 1(2)

The Kesko Pension Fund (Business ID 0200000-4) has today sold such a number of
Kesko A shares owned by it to Kruunuvuoren Satama Oy, that its holding of Kesko
Corporation shares, as a percentage of votes carried by all Kesko Corporation
shares, falls below 5%, and respectively, the number of votes carried by shares
owned by Kruunuvuoren Satama Oy (Business ID 2315359-5) exceeds 5% of votes
carried by all Kesko shares.
