NOTICE OF CHANGE IN OWNERSHIP IN COMPLIANCE WITH CHAPTER 9, SECTION 10 OF THE
SECURITIES MARKET ACT 



Orava Residential REIT (Business ID: 238 2127-4) has received on 26 June 2014 a
disclosure under Chapter 9, Section 5 of the Securities Market Act, according
to which, as a result of a share subsribtion in a directed share issue
concluded on 25 June 2014, the indirect holdings of Ahlström Capital Oy, which
it has as the parent company of A. Ahlström Kiinteistöt Oy, has exceeded the 5
per cent limit of Orava Residential REIT's shares. 

According to the disclosure, Ahlström Capital Oy indirectly holds 366 018 Orava
Residential REIT Plc shares, representing 7.7 per cent of Orava Residential
REIT's shares and 7.9 per cent of votes. 

The proportions were calculated in relation to the registered number of 4 733
317 shares and the related 4 633 317 votes. The Company has one series of
shares.
