City Service AB - Notification on material event

On environmental services enterprise UAB Eco Holding

AB City Service has formed UAB Eco Holding, according to decision of the Board
of the Company. UAB Eco Holding shall execute active development of public
utility and environmental business in Lithuania and foreign markets by
acquiring enterprises of this branch. UAB Eco Holding shall manage UAB
Ecoservice and its subsidiaries. 

On 5 January 2010, Ecoservice was taken over by the facility management group
City Service. 

Ecoservice and its subsidiaries operate throughout Lithuania in the cities of
Vilnius, Klaipėda and Neringa, in the districts of Trakai, Šilutė, Širvintos,
Pagėgiai, Vilkaviškis, Kazlų Rūda and Varėna. Ecoservice operates according to
an integrated quality and environmental protection management system complying
with the international standards ISO 9001:2008 and ISO 14001:2004. 

The City Service group operates in Lithuania, Latvia, Russia, and Ukraine. The
total area of buildings managed by the Group equals to more than 18 million
square meters.
