Shares subscribed with warrants in Solteq plc

SOLTEQ PLC STOCK EXCHANGE ANNOUNCEMENT ON DECEMBER 3rd, 2007

A total of 9,700 shares in Solteq Plc have been subscribed with the
serie 2001 A warrants, a total of 4,900 shares have been subscribed
with the serie 2003 A warrants and a total of 2,400 shares have been
subscribed with the serie 2003 B warrants by November 20th, 2007. The
subscription price in accordance with the Terms and Conditions of the
Warrants of serie 2001 A is EUR 0.90 , serie 2003 A EUR 0,40 and
serie 2003 B EUR 0.60. The corresponding increase in the share
capital due to these subscriptions with the warrants, in total EUR
1.412,17, was registered in the Finnish Trade Register on November
29th, 2007. As a result of the increase, the share capital of Solteq
currently is EUR 1.002.251,16 and the total number of shares is
12,065,329.

The holders of the new shares are entitled to all shareholders'
rights from the registration date, i.e. November 29th, 2007. Listing
of the new shares based on subscriptions with warrants will be
applied for at the Helsinki Exchanges together with the old shares
beginning December 10th, 2007.
