Satama Interactive - Major shareholder announcements

NOTICE OF CHANGE IN OWNERSHIP PURSUANT TO CHAPTER 2, SECTION 9 OF THE SECURITIES MARKET ACT

Trainers' House Plc has today received the following notification of change in  
ownership:                                                                      

Nordea Bank AB (publ.) (business ID: 516406-0120) refers to the announcement    
given on 28 December 2007 regarding change of ownership. According to that      
notice Nordea Bank AB's Finnish subsidiary's Nordea Bank Finland Plc's ownership
in Satama Interactive Plc was 10.216.036 shares representing 24,77 % of share   
capital and voting rights.                                                      

The merger between Satama Interactive Plc and Trainers' House Oy has been       
completed and registered on 31 December 2007. Satama Interactive Plc's name has 
been changed to Trainers' House Plc. 33.340.567 new shares issued to the old    
owners of Trainers' House Oy as a merger consideration have been registered on  
31 December 2007. Total number of shares in the Trainers' House Plc is now      
74.577.375 pcs.                                                                 

Taking into account the new total number of shares in Trainers' House Plc, the  
10.216.036 shares owned by Nordea Bank Finland Plc now represent 13,7 % of the  
share capital and voting rights, and the ownership has thus decreased to under  
3/20.                                                                           

As announced previously, Nordea Bank Finland Plc has entered into forward       
trading contracts regarding Trainers' House Plc's shares, of which in January   
2008 expire 2.000 pcs (200.000 shares), February 2008 400 pcs (40.000 shares),  
March 2008 13.343 pcs (1.334.300 shares) and 47.460 pcs (4.746.000 shares), in  
June 18.950                                                                     
pcs (1.895.000 shares) and in September 2008 20.000 pcs (2.000.000 shares).     

Once forward trading agreements mature in March 2008 Nordea Bank Finland Plc's  
holding in Trainers' House Plc will decrease to under 1/10 and once forward     
trading agreements mature in June 2008, holding will decrease to under 1/20.    

Nordea Bank Finland Plc has purchased the shares in Trainers' House Plc as a    
part of its market making activities.
