Straumur-Burdaras Investment Bank hf. hereby rectifies an
announcement dated 6 October 2008. In the announcement, which
concerns insider trading conducted by Skúli Valberg Ólafsson, it is
stated that the number of shares in the insider's holdings after the
transaction are 406,979 while the correct number of shares was and is
384,298. The incorrect number did not include the effect of taxation.
