Sponda sold office property in centre of Helsinki for EUR 9.1 million

Property investment company Sponda Plc sold an office property in the Etu-Töölö
district of Helsinki to Nordea Henkivakuutus Suomi Oy. The debt-free price for
the property is EUR 9.1 million. The office property, with a leasable area of
2700 square metres, is located at Museokatu street 8. 

The transaction will not have an impact on the financial result. Selling the
property will strengthen the company's equity ratio.
