Consolidated pre-audited results of AB Lietuvos Dujos for the 1st half of 2010

The consolidated pre-audited results of AB Lietuvos Dujos for the 1st half of
2010 prepared according to the International Financial Reporting Standards: 

- Sales for the 1st half of 2010 - LTL 959.2 million (EUR 277.8 million), for
the 1st half of 2009 - LTL 714.0 million (EUR 206.8 million); 

- Profit before tax for the 1st half of 2010 - LTL 101.7 million (EUR 29.5
million), for the 1st half of 2009 - LTL 65.9 million (EUR 19.1 million); 

- Net profit for the 1st half of 2010 - LTL 86.7 million (EUR 25.1 million),
for the 1st half of 2009 - LTL 53.4 million (EUR 15.5 million).
