Ixonos informs: Change in Ixonos Plc´s ownership: Announcement under chapter 2, section 9 of Finland's Securities Markets Act

Pursuant to chapter 2, section 9 of Finland's Securities Markets Act, Ixonos
Plc has been informed on 28 January 2014 of the following change in the
company's ownership: 

Skandinaviska Enskilda Banken AB has notified Ixonos that on 14 November 2013
it has decreased its ownership in Ixonos Plc. After the sale of Ixonos shares,
SEB Life Ireland Company Ltd owns 409,291 Ixonos shares corresponding 0.54 per
cent of all Ixonos shares and votes. Amount goes under the 5%  (1/20) boundary. 

Ixonos' share capital consists of  75,858,359 shares and votes.
