Scanfil plc’s Annual Report 2024 was published

The Annual Report 2024 includes Annual Review, Board of Directors’ Report, Financial Statements, Auditor’s Report, Corporate Governance Statement, and Remuneration Report. The Board of Directors’ Report includes a Sustainability Statement, which was prepared in accordance with the Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD).

The Financial Statements was published under the European Single Electronic Format (ESEF) reporting requirements as XHTML file. The audit firm Ernst & Young Oy has provided an independent auditor’s reasonable assurance report on Scanfil’s ESEF Financial Statements.
