Finnlines Plc	Stock Exchange Release 26 April, 2007                             


FINNLINES INFORMS                                                               


Finnlines Group has sold ropax vessels MS Malmö-Link and                        
MS Lübeck-Link (built 1980) to European Union based interests. The vessels are  
plying in NordöLink traffic between Malmö and Travemünde. They will be replaced 
during the third quarter by the newbuilding named Nordlink and MS Finntrader,   
which is under conversion.                                                      
The sales profit, approx. EUR 11 million, will be shown                         
in Finnlines Group result during the third quarter.
