Aldata Solution Oyj has yesterday received the notification from
Laxey Partners Ltd in accordance with the Chapter 2, Section 9 of
Securities Markets Act:"As a result of a share transaction concluded on the 16th December
2008, the holdings of 'Funds under the management of Laxey Partners
Limited' now total 3,160,881 shares or 4.60% of the voting rights and
share capital of Aldata Solution Oyj.

The shareholding of 'Funds under the management of Laxey Partners
Limited' have declined under 5 per cent of the company's voting
rights and share capital.
