Vaisala Corporation has on May 10, 2024, received a notification pursuant to Chapter 9, Section 10 of the Finnish Securities Markets Act from Novametor Oy.

According to the notification, on May 10, 2024, Novametor Oy’s votes in Vaisala Corporation, including holding through financial instruments, exceeded the threshold of twenty (20) percent of shares. The share of the total shares remained unchanged; the earlier share of votes was 13.84%. This change follows other shareholders’ requests to convert series K shares to series A shares as well as the change of the total number of votes because of the conversions.
