Amber Grid - Interim information

Correction: AB Amber Grid operating results, interim report and unaudited condensed financial statements for the first half of 2018

Updated Financial Reports (in Lithuanian version), was missed page 7.

Unaudited results of AB Amber Grid for the 1^st half of 2018 prepared according to the International Financial Reporting Standards:
• Revenue for the 1^st half of 2018 – EUR 27.4 million (the 1^st half of 2017 – EUR 32.6 million);
• Profit before tax for the 1^st half of 2018 – EUR 7.4 million (the 1^st half of 2017 – EUR 12.8 million);
• Net profit for the 1^st half of 2018 – EUR 6.5 million (the 1^st half of 2017 – EUR 10.9 million).
EBITDA (earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortisation) for the 1^st half of 2018 amounted to EUR 13.9 million, a decrease of 32% in comparison with the 1^st half of 2017 EUR 20.3 million.
AB Amber Grid releases its unaudited condensed financial statements for the 1^st half of 2018 prepared according to International financial reporting standards and Interim report for the six-month period ended 30 June 2018.
