Vilniaus Baldai AB - Notification on material event

A new wording of Vilniaus baldai AB By-laws was registered

On December 16, 2009, the Register of Legal Entities of the Republic of
Lithuania registered a new wording of Vilniaus baldai AB By-laws (enclosed),
approved by the General Shareholders Meeting held on November 30, 2009. The
By-laws of Vilniaus baldai AB were changed according to the new Company Law of
the Republic of Lithuania.
