PANOSTAJA HAS CLOSED THE ACQUISITION OF CLO PAKKAUKSET OY                       

As of today, Panostaja Oyj has acquired the entire stock of Clo Pakkaukset Oy in
accordance with the agreement published on October 15, 2009.
