Agrowill Group AB - Notification on material event

Agrowill Group AB signed an agreement for milk supply with Pieno žvaigždės AB

As of beginning of October 2008, subsidiary agricultural companies of 
Agrowill Group AB in Lithuania and Estonia will sell milk to Pieno 
žvaigždės AB.

So far, Marijampolės pieno konservai UAB was the buyer of milk, supplied 
by Agrowill Group AB.

Agricultural companies, controlled by Agrowill Group currently keep a 
more than 6.700 milking cow herd. Current average milking yield is 6,5 tons 
per year per cow.

As the group started investment projects to construct brand-new farms and 
to modernize the existing ones, a material increase in milking yields is 
expected in the upcoming years.
