Consti Group Plc specifies the outlook for 2017

Consti Group Plc ("Company") specifies the outlook for 2017 due to weaker
profitability than expected in project deliveries of Technical Building Services
business area.

New outlook:
Company estimates that its total annual net sales for 2017 will grow compared to
2016 but operating profit will be lower than in 2016.

Previous outlook:
Company estimates that its total annual net sales for 2017 will grow compared to
2016.

Company publishes its interim report for January-September on Thursday, 9
November 2017.
