Amer Sports Corporation shares have been subscribed as follows:

As a result of these increases, Amer Sports Corporation's share
capital now totals EUR 292,182,204 and the total number of shares in
issue is 73,045,551.

Shareholder rights commence from the registration date February 13,
2008. The new shares will be listed on the Helsinki Exchanges on
February 14, 2008.
