Regarding the termination of procurement procedures of construction works of the 5th unit of Kruonis PSP

company LIETUVOS ENERGIJA, incorporated and existing under the laws of the
Republic of Lithuania, with its legal entity code 220551550 and registered
address at Elektrinės g.21, Elektrėnai (hereinafter referred to as the
Company), whose data is collected and stored in the Register of Legal Entities,
hereby informs that pursuant to the provisions of paragraph 4 of Article 7 of
the Law on Public Procurement of the Republic of Lithuania and having received
the consent of the Public Procurement Office, on 24 March 2011, the Company
adopted a decision to terminate the procurement procedures of the enhancement
of Kruonis PSP. 

The company is planning to adopt decisions regarding the further implementation
process of the construction project of the fifth unit of Kruonis PSP after the
reorganisation of the Company and AB Lietuvos elektrinė.
