The share of votes and share capital in PKC Group Plc held by Nordea Funds Oy
(1737785-9) has exceeded the limit of 5% on 16 December 2014. Following the
transaction Nordea Funds Oy owns 1,212,010 PKC Group Plc shares and votes,
which means 5.06% of the share capital and votes. 



The amount of shares of PKC Group Plc on 16 December 2014 totalled 23,970,504.
