KONECRANES PLC - THE SHARE SUBSCRIPTION SCHEDULE UNDER KONECRANES PLC’S STOCK OPTIONS 2009B AND 2009C IN 2015-2016

Konecranes Plc's stock options 2009B and 2009C will entitle their holders to
subscribe for shares in 2015 - 2016 as follows:

In accordance with Konecranes Plc's Board of Directors' resolution, treasury
shares will be used for the share subscriptions. The right to dividend and
other shareholder rights shall commence when the subscribed shares have been
registered to the subscriber's book-entry account. The company will answer for
possible asset transfer tax consequences. 

Share subscriptions will be accepted at Evli Bank Plc.

Terms and Conditions of the stock options 2009 in brief:

Stock options 2009B entitle holders to subscribe a total of 733,544 shares. The
share subscription period for 2009B stock options began on April 1, 2013 and
will terminate on April 30, 2015. The share subscription price amounts
currently to EUR 19.69. 

Stock options 2009C entitle holders to subscribe a total of 638,500 shares. The
share subscription period for 2009C stock options will begin on April 1, 2014
and will terminate on April 30, 2016. The share subscription price amounts
currently to EUR 28.27. 

Konecranes Plc's distributed stock options 2009 entitle to subscribe for a
total of 1,372,044 shares.
