Bankas Snoras AB - Notification on material event

AB Bank SNORAS finished placement of the Bond issues

On 2nd October 2011 AB Bank SNORAS finished the placement of Fixed rate bond
issues No.7 and 8. 233 564 bonds with nominal value of LTL 100 and 26 323 bonds
with nominal value of EUR 100 and fixed 4,5 percent annual interest rate were
issued. Nominal value of the issues is equivalent of 32 445 205,44 LTL.
Redemption of bonds is on 4th October 2012.
