TECHNOPOLIS PLC PROVIDES MORE INFORMATION ON FUTURE OUTLOOK

Technopolis Plc repeats its expectations given in the financial statements
bulletin published on 29 January 2009 regarding the increase in net sales and
EBITDA for the current year, being between 5 % and 8 % from the previous year.
However, the company estimates that the market has taken a significant downturn
during the beginning of the year, which increases the uncertainty in financial
forecasts for the current year. 

The company's management estimates that there is a significant risk that the
financial occupancy rate will fall in 2010, which may negatively affect the
company's net sales and EBITDA. The company has not previously given an outlook
for 2010. 

Pertti Huuskonen, chairman of the board of directors, and Keith Silverang, CEO,
will present the above mentioned estimates at the annual general meeting of
Technopolis Plc, beginning today at 1.00 p.m. The presentations given at the
