NEO INDUSTRIAL'S FINANCIAL REPORTING 2015

Neo Industrial Plc will publish in 2015 interim management statements instead
of interim reports for 3 and 9 first months of the year on the basis of chapter
2, section 5c of the Securities Markets Act. 

In  2015, Neo Industrial Plc will publish financial information as follows:

Financial statement release for 2014              27 February 2015
Financial statements and annual report for 2014       week 10/2015
Interim management statement for 1.1.-5.5.2015          5 May 2015
Interim report for January-June                      4 August 2015
Interim management statement for 1.1.-28.10.2015   28 October 2015

The Annual General Meeting will take place on Thursday, 9 April 2015.

The financial statement and reports will be published in Finnish and English on
the company's website at www.neoindustrial.fi.
