ELISA REQUESTS THAT THE TRADING OF SHARES IS INTERRUPTED AS OF 2.00 PM

As a result of equal duty of disclosure Elisa is requesting that the
trading of its shares is interrupted for the period of the
Extraordinary General Meeting on 21 January 2008 from 2.00 pm.  Elisa
has not received additional information about the proposals to be
made at the General Meeting.
