DISCLOSURE OF CHANGE IN SHAREHOLDINGS UNDER CHAPTER 9, SECTION 10 OF THE
SECURITIES MARKETS ACT 



The board of directors of Vaahto Group Plc Oyj has on 10 March 2014 decided on
a directed share issue. According to information received by Vaahto Group Plc
Oyj, the decision leads to an increase in the holdings of shares and votes of
Mikko Laakkonen and Hannu Laakkonen, whereby Mikko Laakkonen exceeds the
threshold of 25 % of and Hannu Laakkonen exceeds the threshold of 15 %.

directors of Vaahto Group Plc Oyj has on 18 March 2014 approved the
subscriptions made in the directed share issue.

Decision of the board of directors of Vaahto Group Plc Oyj made on 10 March
2014 regarding a directed share issue to selected investors. The threshold of
major shareholdings is exceeded when the shares issued in the directed share
issue have been registered with the trade register, which is estimated to occur
on 31 March 2014.

The shareholdings have been calculated on the basis of the number of shares
held by Mikko Laakkonen, the number of new shares subscribed for by him in the
directed share issue, and with respect to the total number of shares in Vaahto
Group Plc Oyj, the total number of new shares issued in the directed share
issue. With respect to the shares held by Mikko Laakkonen, also the 39 580
shares in Vaahto Group Plc Oyj held by Laakkosen Arvopaperi Oy, in which Mikko
Laakkonen exercises control together with Hannu Laakkonen, have been taken into
account.
