HONKARAKENNE OYJ'S DIVESTMENT OF ITS HOLDINGS IN PW-WINDOWS OY HAS BEEN FULLFILLED

HONKARAKENNE OYJ'S DIVESTMENT OF ITS HOLDINGS IN PW-WINDOWS OY HAS BEEN         
FULLFILLED                                                                      

On 29 December 2009, Honkarakenne Oyj completed the agreement to sell its 15%   
holding in window manufacturer PW-Windows Oy, based in Ikaalinen. The           
transaction has been completed according to the agreement conditions and the    
transaction is fullfilled for 2010.                                             

Honkarakenne relinquishes its holding in PW-Windows Oy as part of its ongoing   
measures to streamline the entire group's structure and boost the efficiency of 
procurements.
