Iceland Seafood International hf.: Share options granted

Iceland Seafood International has granted 1,700,000 share options to the CFO of
the company.  The exercise price is ISK 6.85, which is the closing price on
13(th) July 2017.  The share options were granted in accordance with the
Company's share option plan as approved and implemented by the AGM in 2016.
