Satama Interactive - Major shareholder announcements

NOTICE OF CHANGE IN OWNERSHIP PURSUANT TO CHAPTER 2, SECTION 9 OF THE SECURITIES MARKET ACT

As a result of the completion of the merger between Satama Interactive Plc and  
Trainers' House Oy, the following changes in the major shareholders of the      
company have been taken place in addition to the changes announced previously:  


Company's own shares owned by Trainers' House Plc                               

As announced earlier, as a result of the completion of the merger the 7.217.171 
shares in Satama Interactive Plc previously held by Trainers' House Oy now      
belong to the new Trainers' House Plc. Consequently, the company owns 9,65 % of 
its own shares. According to the Finnish Companies Act, participation to the    
general meeting of shareholders is not possible with shares owned by the company
itself.                                                                         


Ajanta Oy                                                                       

Ajanta Oy's (0781692-6) holding of Trainers' House Plc's shares and voting      
rights has decreased to under 1/20 on 2 January 2008.                           

Ajanta Oy currently holds 35.210 pcs (3.521.000 shares) OMX-forward trading     
contracts, of which 21.760 pcs (2.176.000 shares) mature on 20 March 2008 and   
13.450 pcs mature on 19 June 2008.                                              

Aggregate holding after the forward trading contracts have matured on 20 March  
2008 will be 2.176.000 shares, representing 2,92 % of shares and votes, and     
after 19 June 2008 4,72 % of shares and voting rights.                          

The number of shares held in Trainers' House Plc by Ajanta Oy has not changed in
this connection. The decrease in ownership to under 1/20 is a result of the     
raise in the number of shares in Trainers' House Plc to 74.577.375 in connection
with the registration of the merger.
