Šiaulių bankas AB and the temporary administrator of Ūkio bankas AB signed the
documents which enable to start the transfer of Ūkio bankas' assets and
liabilities. Šiaulių bankas shall inform separately regarding the resumed
provision of services to the former Ūkio bankas clients.
