Shares subscribed for under Cramo Plc stock options 2006C

Shares subscribed for under Cramo Plc stock options 2006C

A total of 257 560 Cramo Plc's new shares were subscribed for during the period
between 9 October 2012 and 7 December 2012 under the company's stock option
rights 2006C. The entire subscription price of EUR 1 589 145.20 will be entered
in the paid-in capital. As a result of the share subscriptions, the number of
Cramo Plc shares will increase to 42 024 675. 

The shares subscribed for under the stock options were registered in the Trade
Register on 21 December 2012, as of which date the new shares will establish
shareholder rights. 

Trading in the new shares will begin on NASDAQ OMX Helsinki on 27 December 2012.

The share subscription period for stock options 2006C is between 1 October 2011
and 31 January 2013. Each stock option 2006C entitles its holder to subscribe
for 1.3 Cramo shares. By 7 December 2012 a total of 585 589 Cramo Plc's new
shares were subscribed for under the stock option rights 2006C and a total of
428 046 stock option rights 2006C remain unexercised. The outstanding stock
options 2006C entitle to a total of 556 459 shares in Cramo.
