RESTAMAX FINALISES THE RENGASRAVINTOLAT BUSINESS TRANSACTION

Restamax Plc has on 22 May 2014 finalised the Rengasravintolat Group business
transaction, which the company announced on 5 March 2014.

Based on Rengasravintolat Oy's interim financial statements published on 28
February 2014, the additional purchase price was set at EUR 302,023.18. The
additional purchase price will affect Restamax's cash flow for the second
quarter of 2014.
