In accordance with the Danish Law on Securities Trading §29 BankNordik hereby
notifies, that Lind Invest, Værkmestergarde 3, 2, DK-8000 Aarhus, Denmark has
notified BankNordik, that they have acquired shares in BankNordik P/F, so that
they now hold 1,000,000 shares in BankNordik P/F corresponding to 10.0% of the
outstanding shares and 10.0% of the voting rights. 
 
“We are quite satisfied to observe, that Lind Invest has chosen to make a
significant investment in the banks shares, and we welcome him as a new major
shareholder in BankNordik”, says Klaus Rasmussen, Chairman of the Board of
Directors at BankNordik P/F. “We have finalised the integration of the acquired
activities in Denmark and are stream lining the operations to further
strengthen our competitiveness. It is therefore satisfying, that an investor
with insight in the Danish banking sectors shows us this confidence.”
