TECHNOPOLIS'S NEW SHARES AND ADJUSTMENTS TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF STOCK OPTIONS 2005 AND 2007 ENTERED IN THE TRADE REGISTER

TECHNOPOLIS'S NEW SHARES AND ADJUSTMENTS TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF STOCK
OPTIONS 2005 AND 2007 ENTERED IN THE TRADE REGISTER 

Technopolis Plc's new shares related to the rights issue (in total 13,233,540
shares) have today been entered in the Trade Register and they are today also
recorded in the book-entry accounts of the shareholders. The new shares are
subject to public trading on the Official List of the OMX Nordic Exchange
Helsinki Ltd. together with the other Technopolis shares as of 27 May 2008. The
new shares entitle their holder to full dividend and other rights attached to
the shares in the company as of today. 

After the entering of the new shares in the Trade Register the registered total
number of shares in Technopolis Plc amounts to 57,345,341. 

The adjustments made to the terms and conditions of the company's stock options
2005 and 2007 as a consequence of the rights issue have become effective as of
today as a result of their entry in the Trade Register.
