Oriola-KD Corporation's 300,000 A-shares converted into B-shares

Oriola-KD Corporation Stock Exchange Announcement 25 November 2009 at
09.30 a.m.

In accordance with Section 3 of the Bylaws of Oriola-KD Corporation,
300,000 A-shares have been converted into 300,000 B-shares. The
conversion has been entered into the Trade Register on 25 November
2009. After the conversion there are 47,667,359 A-shares and
103,590,469 B-shares in the company. The total number of shares is
151,257,828 and the total number of votes is 1,056,937,649.
