Complaint of Plass Investments Limited regarding the decision of the Bank of Lithuania to reapprove the circular of tender offer was received

Alytus, Lithuania, 2013-09-24 16:00 CEST (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- On 24 September
2013 Company group “ALITA”, AB (hereinafter, the “Company”) received the
announcement from the Vilnius Regional Administrative Court on a complaint
provided by Plass Investments Limited regarding abolishment of the decision of
the Bank of Lithuania, dated 6 August 2013 which reapproved the circular of
mandatory tender offer to buy-up the remaining voting shares in the Company,
provided by FR&R Invest IGA S.A. The Company and its shareholders FR&R Invest
IGA S.A. and Vytautas Junevičius were included as the third parties in the
case. 

In the opinion of management of the Company, the claim is groundless, and the
Company shall provide to the court response to the claim.
