Expansion of Treasury bond series RIKH 18 1009

In accordance with a decision made on 7 June 2012 by the Rulings Committee on
remuneration to Landsbankinn hf. for the acquisition of SpKef Savings Bank,
Government Debt Management, on behalf of the Treasury, has delivered Treasury
bonds in the RIKH 18 1009 series in the nominal amount of 19,198,000,000.00 kr.
to Landsbankinn hf. This is in accordance with an agreement between the bank
and the Icelandic Government, which stipulates that payment for Landsbankinn's
acquisition of SpKef Savings Bank shall take the form of Treasury bond RIKH 18
1009, which matures on 9 October 2018. Treasury bond series RIKH 18 1009 has
been expanded by 19,198,000,000.00 kr., to its post-expansion size of
212,911,315,408.00 kr. nominal value.
