UAB Baltic Data Center acquired UAB Hostex

UAB Baltic Data Center, a subsidiary of TEO LT, AB, acquired a 100 per cent
stake in UAB Hostex from AS Martinson Trigon (Estonia). UAB Hostex provides web
hosting services to residential and small companies as well as Internet
portals. From the year 1995 operating enterprise has 20 employees.
