Concerning the loan to LEO LT, AB

Rytų skirstomieji tinklai, AB (hereinafter - the Company), in accordance with
the decision of the Management Board of the Company, has granted a loan to LEO
LT, AB in amount of LTL 70 million (seventy million). 
LEO LT, AB owns 71.35 percent of Rytų skirstomieji tinklai, AB shares.
