Rautaruukki Corporation Stock Exchange release 27 June 2011 at 14.00 EEST

Rautaruukki Corporation will publish its financial statement bulletin for 2011
on Wednesday 1 February 2012. The full financial statements 2011 will be
published during week 8.

Rautaruukki Corporation's Annual General Meeting will take place in Helsinki on
Wednesday 14 March 2012.

Rautaruukki will publish its interim reports in 2012 as follows:
Interim report Q1/2012: Tuesday 24 April 2012
Interim report Q2/2012: Thursday 19 July 2012
Interim report Q3/2012: Tuesday 23 October 2012

The financial statement bulletin for 2011 and interim reports will be published
at about 9am EET/EEST. The company observes a silent period of 21 days prior to
earnings disclosures.
