NEGOTIATIONS CONCLUDED UNDER THE ACT ON CO-OPERATION WITHIN UNDERTAKINGS

Honkarakenne has concluded negotiations under the act on co-operation within
undertakings concerning the personnel in Finland. As a result Honkarakenne can
lay-off personnel temporarily maximum 90 days from 1st of August 2011 to 31st
of March 2012. The lay-off's concern all personnel groups.
