RISTO ROUSKU APPOINTED AS MANAGING DIRECTOR OF VALLOG OY

RISTO ROUSKU APPOINTED AS MANAGING DIRECTOR OF VALLOG OY                        


Risto Rousku MBA, 50, will become the new Managing Director of Panostaja Oyj's  
subsidiary Vallog Oy. Rousku moves to Vallog from his own consultancy company.  
Previously, Rousku has also worked as Managing Director of Mesera Karhula Oy and
has managed international business at Hollming Works Oy and Metso Automation Oy.
Rousku will assume his role as Managing Director of Vallog Oy on 17th September 
2007. Kyösti Enqvist, who was interim Managing Director, will continue as a     
member of the Vallog Oy Board.                                                  

Vallog Oy is a company specialising in manufacturing and logistics services. The
company's special competence area comprises manufacturing, supply and assembly  
of mechanical components and logistics management from traditional logistics    
services to value-added logistics processes.
