Klaipedos Nafta AB - Notification on material event

The Vilnius Regional Administrative Court dismissed the complaint of part of the owners of the land plots through which the connective main gas pipeline route of the liquefied natural gas terminal is going to be constructed

AB Klaipėdos Nafta (hereinafter - the Company) hereby informs that on 25th of
February 2014 the Vilnius Regional Administrative Court decided to dismiss the
complaint  of a part of the owners of the land plots (hereinafter - the
Applicants) through which the connective main gas pipeline route of the
liquefied natural gas (hereinafter - LNG) Terminal shall be constructed. 

 The Applicants requested the court to annul the Order of the Minister of
Energy of the Republic of Lithuania No.1-130, dated 13 June 2013 (hereinafter -
the Order), under which the Special Plan of construction of the LNG Terminal ,
related infrastructure and gas pipeline (hereinafter - the Special Plan) was
approved, foreseeing inter alia the opportunity to construct the aforementioned
gas pipeline route through the land plots owned by the Applicants (the Company
notified about the proceeding on 8th of August, 2013 by a notification on
material event). The Company was brought into the proceedings as the third
concerned party. 



The Vilnius Regional Administrative Court in its decision concluded that the
Order, under which the Special Plan was approved, was adopted in compliance
with the legal requirements and is lawful. 

The decision of the Vilnius Regional Administrative Court can be appealed by
the Applicants within 14 days.
