Eva Gidlöf appointed Executive Vice President of TietoEnator's Banking & Insurance business area and member of the Corporate Management Team

Eva Gidlöf (born 1957) has been appointed Executive Vice President of
TietoEnator's Banking & Insurance business area and member of the
company's Corporate Management Team (CMT). Gidlöf will start in her
new position during September 2008. She holds a Bachelor degree of
social sciences from The University of Uppsala in Sweden, with
Business Economics and Information Technology as main subject. She
has profound experience in different consultant and manager positions
especially in the finance, banking and insurance areas since 1980.

Eva Gidlöf will join TietoEnator from Bankgirocentralen BGC AB, the
leading payment processor in Sweden, where she has worked as the
Chief Executive Officer since 2004. Eva has been responsible for
developing a new strategy for the European market, a performance
improvement programme and the transformation of the company."When choosing Eva as the new head of our Banking & Insurance

During 1980 - 2000, Eva Gidlöf worked in different positions in Cap
Gemini in Sweden including for example IT consulting, account
management, quality management and division head for Finance & Public
division. In 2000 - 2002, she worked as Managing Director for Cap
Gemini Ernst & Young Sweden. She was a member of the Nordic
Management team for four years. In 2002 - 2004, Gidlöf worked as
management consultant in Inveritas and in her own company. The last
ten years Eva has been a member of several Boards of both
stock-listed and non-listed companies.

Eva Gidlöf will be based in Stockholm/Kista, Sweden.
