Pre-audited activity result of Šiaulių bankas Group for the first half year of 2009 and interim information

According to the pre-audited data Šiaulių bankas AB Group incurred the loss of
LTL 7.472 million (EUR 2.164 million) during the first half year of 2009.  We
submit the financial statements and interim report of the bank's Group.
