AB Ukio bankas will not continue cooperation with rating agency

Kaunas. 

Having no plans to access the international capital markets in the nearest
future and reducing operating costs, AB Ukio bankas has taken a decision to
withdraw the ratings from rating agency Standard & Poor's. 

On 20 December 2012 rating agency Standard & Poor's has affirmed current
ratings assigned to AB Ukio bankas: long-term counterparty credit rating B,
short-term counterparty credit rating B, the outlook of ratings - stable.
