STONESOFT CORPORATION EXPECTS THE OPERATING RESULT FOR THE FULL YEAR 2010 TO BE NEGATIVE

Stonesoft Corporation Stock Exchange Release 13 September 2010 at 9.59 a.m.

Stonesoft Corporation's net sales and operating result for the full year 2010
will be affected by the larger than expected postponement of customers' purchase
decisions especially in Europe and in the Emerging markets as well as further
increasing investments in developing new business opportunities towards the end
of the year.

Earlier the company has announced it expects the net sales to grow from the
previous year's level, but to make a positive operating result for the year
2010 is uncertain. Based on the present outlook the company still estimates its
net sales to grow from the previous year's level but based on the above
mentioned factors the operating result for the full year 2010 will be negative.
