Mr. Barry Rourke, born 1950, is a financial specialist with extensive international experience, particularly in the USA and Eastern Europe. Mr. Rourke has significant boardroom experience, with leadership and team working skills as well as broad business and industry knowledge, particularly in the natural resource, engineering and construction sectors. He currently holds a number of non-executive director and Chairman positions. In addition to Mr. Rourke, the other proposed members are Jelena Manojlovic (present Chairperson, Senior NED), Markku Kankaala (NED) and Terence McConnachie (NED) of the present members of the Board of Directors and Philip Baum (Senior NED), Paul Everard (Senior NED) and Chris Pointon (Senior NED) for the next mandate that begins from the Annual General Meeting 2010 and ends in the end of the Annual General Meeting 2011.
